Our Enrollment Process typically begins with a school tour*. This is our chance to show off our wonderful classroom environments and talk more in depth about our approach and philosophy, and it’s your chance to see not only what’s going on in your child’s potential classroom, but also what’s happening across the school. The tour typically lasts about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the number of families touring and the number of questions asked.
Tours are generally scheduled for 9:45am the second Tuesday of the month and/or 6pm the fourth Thursday of the month.
Upcoming Tour Dates: n/a
*Please note that, due to Covid-19 precautions,
we are suspending the required tour.
If you like our school, and we hope that you do, the next step is to fill out a Registration Form. This can be done at the tour or any time. Once we have your completed Registration Form and the $75 non-refundable registration fee, you’re placed on the Wait List.
ABOUT THE WAIT LIST
As you can imagine, our school gets a lot of inquiries and interest; this means most classrooms have a Wait List, especially the younger infant classrooms. We manage the Wait List on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to siblings and Temple members. We cannot predict how fast or slow the Wait List will move as available space depends on many factors. Sometimes the Wait List moves very quickly; other times it is very slow to shift. Either way, we promise we haven’t forgotten you; we keep you on the list until you advise us to remove you or your child ages out.
You are welcome to call to check in about your current spot on the Wait List any time.
The most exciting part! When a spot opens up and you’re next on the list, you’ll get a call from us offering you a spot. You have three choices at that point:
- You can accept the spot and work out a start date!
- You can choose to defer your spot, and we’ll move on to the next person on the list. You will still be first for the next available spot. People make this choice for a variety of reasons: the spot doesn’t fit their needs at the time; they are currently enrolled elsewhere and need to wait until a more convenient time; or any number of reasons.
- You can let us know you’re no longer interested in enrolling your child. This happens more rarely but is an option. We’ll remove your name from our Wait List.
